Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with Tawraw, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Pricing: Pre-order prices are based on the estimated cost of the incoming shipment at the time the order is placed and may be subject to change due to changes in supplier pricing, import costs, currency exchange rates, customs, freight, or other costs outside our control. If the final selling price changes, we will notify you before your order is dispatched. You will always have the option to proceed at the updated price or cancel your pre-order.

Estimated Availability & Delivery: Any estimated restock, arrival, or delivery date provided for a pre-order is an approximation only and is not guaranteed. International shipping, customs clearance, supplier delays, manufacturing schedules, regulatory procedures, and local logistics may result in delays beyond the original estimate.

Order Confirmation: Once the product becomes available, Tawraw may contact you to reconfirm your order, delivery details, and the final price before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery Pre-Orders: A Cash on Delivery pre-order does not constitute payment for the product. Your order will be confirmed at the final applicable selling price before shipment.

Paid Pre-Orders: If a pre-order has been paid in advance and the final price changes, we will contact you before fulfilment. You may either approve the revised price and pay any applicable difference or cancel the pre-order and receive a refund of the amount paid.

Product Availability: Pre-orders are fulfilled according to available stock. While we make every effort to fulfil all pre-orders, placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability if quantities received from the supplier are lower than expected or the shipment cannot be completed.

Product Changes: Packaging, label design, serving information, formulation, country of origin, or other product details may occasionally change between batches where permitted by applicable regulations. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate before fulfilment.

Cancellation: Customers may cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, Tawraw's standard Return and Refund Policy applies.

Tawraw Cancellation: In rare circumstances, Tawraw may cancel a pre-order if the product becomes unavailable, cannot be imported or supplied, or for other circumstances preventing fulfilment. Any amount already paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Separate Shipments: If a pre-order is purchased together with products already in stock, the available products may be shipped separately or the entire order may be held until the pre-order item becomes available, depending on the arrangement confirmed with the customer.

عند تقديم طلب مسبق لدى Tawraw، يقر العميل بالموافقة على الشروط التالية:

الأسعار: الأسعار الموضحة للطلبات المسبقة تعتمد على التكلفة التقديرية للمنتج وقت تسجيل الطلب، وقد تتغير نتيجة تغير أسعار الموردين، تكاليف الاستيراد والشحن، أسعار صرف العملات، الرسوم الجمركية أو أي تكاليف أخرى خارجة عن سيطرتنا. في حالة تغير السعر النهائي، سيتم إبلاغ العميل قبل شحن الطلب، ويحق له الاختيار بين استكمال الطلب بالسعر الجديد أو إلغاء الطلب المسبق.

موعد التوفر والتوصيل: جميع مواعيد توفر المنتجات أو وصول الشحنات أو التوصيل الخاصة بالطلبات المسبقة هي مواعيد تقديرية وليست مضمونة. قد يحدث تأخير نتيجة الشحن الدولي، التخليص الجمركي، تأخر المورد، إجراءات التصنيع أو الاستيراد، الإجراءات التنظيمية أو أي ظروف لوجستية خارجة عن سيطرة Tawraw.

تأكيد الطلب: عند توفر المنتج، قد يقوم فريق Tawraw بالتواصل مع العميل لإعادة تأكيد الطلب، بيانات التوصيل، السعر النهائي وتوفر المنتج قبل الشحن.

الطلبات المسبقة بالدفع عند الاستلام: تسجيل طلب مسبق بنظام الدفع عند الاستلام لا يعتبر دفعًا للمنتج ولا يضمن تثبيت السعر. سيتم تأكيد السعر النهائي مع العميل قبل شحن الطلب.

الطلبات المسبقة المدفوعة مقدمًا: في حالة دفع قيمة الطلب المسبق مقدمًا ثم تغير السعر قبل وصول المنتج، سيتم التواصل مع العميل قبل تنفيذ الطلب. ويمكن للعميل الموافقة على السعر الجديد ودفع فرق السعر، أو إلغاء الطلب واسترداد المبلغ الذي تم دفعه وفقًا لما يسمح به القانون وسياسات Tawraw.

توفر المخزون: نبذل قصارى جهدنا لتنفيذ جميع الطلبات المسبقة، ولكن تسجيل الطلب المسبق لا يضمن توفر المنتج بشكل نهائي إذا كانت الكمية المستلمة من المورد أقل من المتوقع، أو تعذر وصول الشحنة أو توفير المنتج لأي سبب خارج عن سيطرتنا.

التغييرات بين الدفعات: قد تختلف بعض التفاصيل بين دفعات المنتج، مثل تصميم العبوة أو الملصق أو بعض المعلومات أو المواصفات المسموح بتعديلها وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها. وسيتم إبلاغ العميل بأي تغييرات جوهرية عند الحاجة قبل تنفيذ الطلب.

إلغاء الطلب المسبق: يمكن للعميل طلب إلغاء الطلب المسبق قبل شحنه. بعد شحن الطلب، تطبق سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد الخاصة بـ Tawraw.

إلغاء الطلب من جانب Tawraw: قد تضطر Tawraw في بعض الحالات إلى إلغاء الطلب المسبق إذا أصبح المنتج غير متوفر، أو تعذر استيراده أو تصنيعه أو توفيره. وفي حالة دفع العميل مقدمًا، يتم رد المبلغ المدفوع للمنتج الذي تم إلغاؤه وفقًا للإجراءات المعمول بها.

الطلبات التي تحتوي على منتجات متوفرة ومنتجات Pre-Order: إذا كان الطلب يحتوي على منتجات متوفرة حاليًا بالإضافة إلى منتج طلب مسبق، فقد يتم شحن المنتجات المتوفرة بشكل منفصل أو الانتظار حتى توفر جميع المنتجات، حسب ما يتم الاتفاق عليه مع العميل.
